We must Reform the Real Estate Ecosystem. Tax reform, GSE reform, Insurance, Sustainability, Fair Housing, adaptive reuse of commercial properties based on the needs of communities and closing the home ownership gap are the key elements required to move the American real estate market forward and to consummate the real estate transaction. These key components must be modified and incentivized in a way that supports and protects home and investment property ownership.

 

Through the REALTOR® Party we must continue to support legislators who protect real property rights. We must increase our influence and remain actively engaged in the regulatory process. We must ensure that we are maintaining the legal and regulatory framework necessary to operate in all markets and under all market conditions.
