INCLUSION

  • Commitment to equitable communities

  • Professional development, training, and education

  • Leadership development, cultivating and mentoring new leaders

NAR’s strongest assets are its volunteer members and staff, leading the way for our 1.6 million members to provide equitable services and fair housing in our communities. Our Code of Ethics mandates our behavior and business practices by creating a standard and obligation which, in some cases, may be higher than those mandated by law. Maintaining and enforcing these organizational values is essential for NAR to remain the trusted source of information and a leader in all things real estate.

Inclusion and diversity within our membership will allow us to universally uphold our ideals. This will require leadership, professional development, education, and training. The cultivation of new leadership that will maintain these standards is essential to move our association forward into the future. Together we can make a difference.
